I met Wes for the first time today, March 27 '09. He is honest and straightforward. I felt a bit overwhelmed with the set-up of my 210 gallon salt and he assured me that we had all the right "used' equipment which I purchased via internet several months ago. Except for a few modifications to make the maintenance simpler, he was eager to help me do the installation and we scheduled it within the coming week. His rates are very reasonable and he is professional with a sweet southern "can do" demeanor. A kind family man, he is willing to work on weekends to accomodate my busy week schedule. He was client centered, did not mislead me, and educated me about the process, augmenting his knowledge with mine and gently leading me to see other possiblilities. I had purchased some nice sand with the new "used; aquarium and it sat outside out for most of the winter. I was prepared to throw it out in favor of new aquarium reef sand, but he said, "I would still have to clean out the new sand, so why not just use the old sand." In these days of limited budgets, its super to be able to enjoy one's hobby and relish in the thought that you are being "green" by recycling the old and saving a few dollars to invest in this delightful pleasure. I'm waiting for the final installation to award the fifth and final star, but somehow, I know I am going to be doubly delighted. Looking forward to reporting my experience...Alfonso Carlon
