Provided by YP.comToday, for the second business day in a row, the Clinical Pathology Laboratories office at Bailey Square, Austin, TX, failed to be able to find EITHER of TWO blood-draw orders that had been faxed, and then re-faxed, to it by TWO different medical practices. This is an example of infuriating incompetence.
