They got my vehicle in right away found the problem and got it fixed. I'm a very happy customer will continue to do business with them.

Extremely easy to work with -- towed it in free, gave me a reasonable price (i shopped around) -- guess i am as happy as i can be considering my transmission failed. I'd go back again if i had to.

Had my vehicle break down on me and had no clue who to call. Found Carters online and feel lucky that I did. Have had several friends over the years with horror stories of transmission shops in particular (quote changes, takes longer than originally expected, have to bring it back several times, etc.) The quote was less than the competition, and it did not change during the repair. I was told upfront that it would take about four days because they were busy, which was accurate. And most importantly, the vehicle has been running fantastically since I got it back.

I am from out of town and my transmission was giving me problems. I looked online to find a reputable local business. I am happy I found Carter's. They picked up my car and fixed it in the same day for only $250! And I thought my transmission was done for.
