Efraen Garcia conducted the initial treatment for my house. He explained exactly what and why for all his actions. The interaction with him was very positive, enlightening, and I truly enjoyed talking to him. I have just returned to Bulwark from approximately a 16 month hiatus. If Efraen is the type of technician I will be dealing with, I won't be leaving Bulwark again.

Efraen Garcia always does an outstanding job. He's friendly and courteous and makes sure we're always satisfied.

Efraen Garcia did an excellent job exterminating and explaining how "scorpions" are erradicated. Bulwark Exterminating and Efraen are the best.

I called Bulwark this moring, and they sent out Jeff Baker this afternoon (talk about quick). he was great- answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about scorpions, chemicals, etc. Gald I signed up w/Bulwark!

Jeff Baker with Bulwark has been my service provider for several years and I happened to be home today while he was working on our home. He helped me with some questions that I had and gave me great information regarding future pest avoidance after taking care of the service. Jeff is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with. We continue to choose Bulwark for our bug-be-gone needs because of the service technicians they send out (we love Roger James!) and because the girls in the office are right on the ball. Sometimes I need same day service and every single time they have made that happen -- no extra charge. So we stay with them!

Bulwark has kept me as free as possible from the insect heebie-jeebies here in central Texas. They have reasonable rates and really work to take care of their customers. Efraen Garcia is a real asset too. As our service provider, he is professional and friendly. He takes a few minutes to hear about our current pest concerns and is always considerate of the fact that I work from home, and also takes care to service the outdoors in such a way as to keep our dog safe from the treatment areas. Best service I've ever had from a pest control company. Stopped service with previous company because they KEPT raising the price. Bulwark's fees are very reasonable. And the staff is very friendly and well informed. Won't switch back...highly recommend.
