I came across this salon from word of mouth and I'm so thankful that I did! Alyssa saved my hair! I had a major hair crisis about 2 weeks ago and I was able to book with Alyssa a week ago. She was able to bring my dry, damaged hair back to life. I had a great time at the salon while I was under hair construction. My experience was great. The staff was friendly and they have the most comfortable shampoo chairs. I am so excited to book my next appointment! I also have to mention that EVERYONE walked out of the salon looking fabulous. That's how it should be and I'm impressed by the owners set up of the entire salon and have already recommended this salon to many friends!!

PS- Y'all are doing a wonderful job on your social media accounts. Keep it up because had I not seen the endless before and after photos I would have been hesitant. I love seeing your hairstylists work.

Annie Jan july 26th 2014 Blonde Faith is one of the best Hair Salons I have been to in Austin Texas. I go to Renee and she is the first person who listen to what I wanted but still made it look even better. The girls in this salon are the best and I have lived in 8 states! The owner Karen could not be nicer and very honest. I promise if any one goes there it will be your best and last salon you go too.

I decided to make my first appointment at Blonde Faith due to the location and look of the establishment. I had a consultation with a very nice young girl who assured me she had done many blonde highlights before, so I set up an appointment. All was going well until my head started burning. I told the girl as soon as I felt the burning, and she checked the color and shortly after she took out the foils. She assured me that everything was ok. I could hear her whispering to the other girl in the back area, and I immediately felt nervous. I saw her chest stating to get splotchy red and her face had panic written all over it. As she started blow drying my hair I noticed my hair braking off and falling all over the salon floor. In a shaky voice she said "do you like the color?" I picked up some of the hair and asked her to stop. She obviously knew the color was completely off and my hair was broken and damaged. I said " this isn't right, this just isn't right." I composed myself and asked her what we should do. Only then when I let her know that there was a major problem, did she say anything about there being something wrong. She stated that this had never happened to her before and she doesn't know what to do. I asked her for the owners number and left with a wet head. I cried myself to sleep that night. I notified the owner who tried to fix the problem. I wanted to give them a chance to fix it, but the damage was already done and my hair was fried. I decided to go with a darker shade, and then it washes out completely by week 6. I have NEVER had an issue at a salon before. My hair texture isn't the same and it now doesn't even curl the way it used to. I am devistated!
