Poor ownership and leadership is why the turn overrate is so high. All but one project manager new what he was doing. It was a place where you got thrown under the bus for any mistakes on the project only to find out the Project Manager did not communicate with you about the changes before the project got sent out. The only thing gained there was experience and that's all.
