He did the job, got fully paid by me, and 2 minutes after he left his roof vent installation broke and failed. I immediately called him and he said he won’t turn around but will fix it next week. After 4 weeks and several promises he refuses to show up, and started trash talking and now does not answer my calls and text. He says he is broke and whatever action you want you can take against me, as it will go no where

Took my $1500 and never started the project. Wayne only postponed the project each time I called for four months. Now he is ducking my calls and will not refund my deposit.
