For over ten years we have taken our cars to B&B. Their work is always done right the first time. They provide quick and effective service at a fair price. You can't beat that. Highly recommended.

This place has earned my loyalty time and again. Every time I go there I get quick, courteous service and a clean waiting room. All the staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer my questions or find someone who can. The best thing I can say about them, though, is that they are always honest - they never try to force me to make repairs, they never sell me anything I don't need, and they even work with parts I bring in if I can find them cheaper elsewhere. I only give them 5 stars because I can't give them 6.

Overall good service, good prices, and very quick

My husband and I bought an '87 Pickup truck in need of a state inspection. During the first visit, they gave us a thorough diagnostic of what should be looked at in the near future but in, no way, pressured us to make an appt. We went on our merry way and 6 months later those things started acting up. After having the place around the corner look at it and say it was too expensive and not worth fixing..we took it back to B&B.



Richard was super helpful at the front counter. He explained everything so thoroughly. He gave us options on what to do, explaining cost the whole time. We were given a quote and would have our truck back that day. We waited in the lobby (free wi-fi) and throughout the fix, our mechanic (Bryan) kept coming over and showing us what he was working on and why. How often are you able to see what mechanics are doing while they're fixing it. At the end, the work came in $100 under quote! Our truck is running GREAT now and we have a very reliable place to take it to in case anything happens.

After hearing my car failed state inspection, the helpful employees at B&B told me where to get the part. When I returned, they installed the part, did not charge me, and my car passed inspection.



The men at B&B go above and beyond expectations.



I will be taking all of my vehicle problems to them from now on.

I recently brought my car to B&B for the first time and was so pleased with the service that a) they are my first choice for automotive needs and b) I recommend them to anyone who has a car!



They are very friendly on the phone - even at 7am - and call promptly to let me know what they think the problem is and what service they recommend. They explain things thoroughly and in a way that I can understand. And, they give me options where appropriate.



I once had a problem they couldn't replicate, and they spent a lot of time talking to me about it and tried a lot of different things. Finally, they asked me if I would wait while the owner took a look. I could tell they just hated to send me away without fixing my problem. I waited for about 1/2 hour in a very clean and pleasant waiting room and read the paper while the owner looked at my car. He made his best guess of what the problem was and with just some minor labor charges, I left there and have not had the same problem again (it's been 5 months).



It is a pleasure to do business with B&B, and I highly recommend them to others!

Nothing was wrong with my 04 Tahoe other than the fact that it was too quiet! So i called them up and got a price quoted for an exhaust and once i got there I was helped very quickly and they explained everything very well to me. I was told it was going to take about two hours or so when it only took just over one hour! Needless to say im very pleased with the end result, the time it took to do my exahust and the customer service.

I own a 1989 Holiday Rambler Motorhome that had some emission problems. I had taken it to another large auto shop for 3 years trying to get it to pass emissions. I spent quite a bit of $ but the shop could never get it to pass. I had to go through the trouble of getting a low mileage waiver, but needed to find someone to fix my problem. I was told it needed catalytic converters so I decided to take it to B&B Muffler for the install of the converters. They researched my vehicle and found it did not require the converters which would have cost me big bucks (honest shop, they could have installed them). They found some air lines missing, made some adjustments to the carb, and a few other things and thank goodness the thing PASSED! They also fixed some other items and kept me informed about cost which did not change when I picked up my vehicle, not true, I had a front light out which was going to be replaced. Turns out the connection was loose, that cost came off the bill. I am elated with their service and professionalism! Thanks Guys

When our car started overheating, I made the mistake of taking our PT Cruiser to a "bargain" repair center. I thought I'd like B&B, but they looked really busy (often the really good businesses are), and I thought it would be a simple fix.



After a bad experience with the other shop (that kind of dabbles in repair), I went to B&B. Unlike the shop that failed to fix the problem, B&B doesn't have really inexpensive labor rates (except in comparison with dealer shops), and they might take a bit longer than the estimated time to finish, BUT the repairs are very thoroughly explained; the shop is clean, certifications as a AAA shop, BBB membership, and mechanic training are numerous.



They are professional. Don't get burned with somebody else's "bargain" rates. The sweetness of a "bargain" rate is often destroyed by the bitterness of a job poorly done.



Good, honest, professional auto repair can be hard to find, and the other kind can burn you badly.



If you don't have a good mechanic or auto repair shop, give 'em a try. I really like them.

My car was a definite problem child before I went to B&B. I was spending hundreds of dollars with other shops, and the problems weren't fixed. The mechanics at B&B accurately diagnosed the problems, explained what was happening, fixed my car & my LIFE!!! Thank you Thank you . Definitely the best place to take to take your cars. Very friendly and I was treated with the utmost respect. The problems with my car were explained to me in a way the I could understand and made sense, including the price quote which was accurate and fair.

I will definitely be back, for all my auto repair needs. Thanks B&B.
