Provided by YP.comMy washer broke down and flooded my apartment on a weekend. When I called them for help, the best they could do was to schedule a service after 4 days. They were of no help what so ever and were pretty adamant. They charge a higher rent than other leasing companies and has the worst service. They were referred to us by a leasing agent at the Ranch apartments and I repent acting on that. More over, they charge $39 for pickup, which is provided for free by some of the other leasing companies which I came to know later. One thing for sure, I am not going to renew my contract and would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Provided by YP.comI was scheduled to take delivery of a washer and dryer tomorrow. I had not signed the online contract and a rep called me earlier today and asked me about signing the contact. I looked over the contract and realized the money fee was higher than I was quoted and higher than quote that was submitted via email. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who tried to make me believe that this was because the taxes could go up in my area. When I asked to have the contract sent with the amount listed on the quote, she said that was not an option. I cancelled the order and now I have a charge pending from them even though the information I was emailed said I would not be charged until I took delivery and that I would need to pay the driver. This company seems very shady. I just spoke with my bank and was told to call back tomorrow and if they have actually charged my account, I need to dispute the charges for a refund.

I hate calling into places because of their customer service; but Suzanna was very professional and kind, despite being late on my bill. Thanks for being so friendly

Provided by YP.comI have used azuma for a about a year and a half now. I have never had any issues, payments are online and easy. My husband and I were moving and needed to cancel our lease. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. The phone call lasted less than 5 minutes and everything was set up for the pick-up for my washer and dryer. Even the deliverer was a wonderful nice person and was in and out in minutes. I had a question regarding my invoice after the canelation. Jon Wells was extremely helpful in answering my questions I was not clear on. He was very happy and helpful. I loved having someone energetic to answer the phone at 8:30am with an understanding to my confusion. The qestion and problem was solved in a matter of minutes and turned my bad morning into a fantastic one. I would highly recomend Azuma and would use them again in the future.

Provided by YP.comI'd highly recommend this company for washer/drier rental, they are affordable and easy to reach on the phone, and extremely helpful. The representative I spoke to, Janice, was very patient and explained how the process worked, and helped me to get the best deal which for me included free delivery. The only downside to this company was that their delivery time window was 6 hours, only available monday-friday.

Provided by YP.comI've used this company for 5 years and I've never had a problem with the service. The good thing about this company is the customer service. You call their 800 number and speak to an actual person in the US. Anytime I've called in all the customer service people have been super helpful and very nice. I also like the email notifications. I get a reminder every month when the bill is due. I find email billing easier to keep up with than mail so this is an added convenience. I'd recommend Azuma to anyone in need of a washer and dryer. Easy, convenient and you can do everything online. A++++

Provided by YP.comI like azuma, first of all because i am always able to get a reach of them. Secondly, my representive Suzanne was very helpful. They come in a hook up your washer and dryer in no time. It makes it so much easier being able to pay a small amount every month, oppose to going out and having to buy a new set of washer and dryer. They have great customer service. Would recommend.

Provided by YP.comWe have had Azuma for two years and with two different apartments and are even keeping them for our move to a new city. Affordable and good quality. Great deliveries each time. Our washer leaked only one time, and they cam out right away and fixed without any hassle or wait. They have been easy, friendly, and great with everything. I definitely recommend them!

Janice the customer service representative answered every question that I had and I did not have to wait all day for the delivery of my washer and dryer which was awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone. The delivery person stayed and made sure all of the equipment worked properly before the left which was very good. Thanks again to Janice and to the delivery person.

Provided by YP.comI had some questions about my bill so I called Azuma’s customer service, It didn't take more than a minute to go through the menu and I got picked-up by Andria , she was so friendly, helpful and answered all my questions in a very professional manor, the entire call did not exceed five minutes.

Provided by YP.comI am pleased with the prompt and courteous response of the customer service person, Suzanna Chafin, who is currently communicating with the apartment manager where I lease an apartment. It seems that the delivery person accidentally scratched the entryway floor to our apartment when delivering the washer/dryer which we are renting from Azuma Leasing. Thankfully, Ms. Chafin is contacting the apartment manager herself and handling the issue. Great customer service!
