This is one of the finest rug, upholstry and carpet cleaning IICRC Certified Firms in Texas. IICRC stands for Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. The owner, Michael Reed, is on the IICRC board of directors. He is chairman of the division that approves schools and instructors, and their text books for teaching the nine or more subject areas a cleaner/restorer can be certified in. He is famous within the industry, yet he doesn't boast of this to his clients; most don't even know this fact. Yet when is back in Austin he can be found in his rug cleaning plant located behind Fashion Floors on Lamar. He still does much of the actual work himself. Mike has an IICRC Certified Double Master on his staff. His name is Roger. They have one other employee working under Roger.
