Worst place ever!!! Their is nothing good about this place their unresponsible always trying to take your money! That's all they care about... I wouldn't recommend it to nobody

No real bug problem. Do get them June bugs a few times if I don't spray the apt once a month. Huge problems with prostitution in the area. A/c was out for 3 weeks, no credit or anything. Car towed twice as they "forgot" to give me parking permit, had to pay but did get refund for tow only. Not for cab or anything else for there mess up. Parking an overall problem. Apt was dirty when moved in, had to clean carpet myself.People just don't care here. Trash often everywhere as there are dumpster divers weekly.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst apartments in the world. well at least one of them. you kill all the roaches and then more come back to eat the ones you kill then they die and 5000 more come and they just keep coming. no matter how clean your house is. BAd filtering in all apartments one room hot the other cold or some time cold air blows out of the heater. I wake up in the morning and my kids are popcicles frozen. So hot my son could not break his fevers and had multiple febril seguizers. Maintence man came into my apt stole my camera with my wife and kids on it pevert he got fired but i never got my camera back took three months to fix my fans in room all apts are old no renovation since moses was born all they want is your money cant fix nothing in time but can put a late rent notice on your door termites ate all the wood on my porch i think ac units are like 5millon years old light bills be like 150- 200 a month water bill went from 34 to 67 a month maintence man lie and say they fix your stuff but they did not pool was close for like two months in summer pool never clean kids pee in the water all the time and water be dirt no clorine just warm water with pee in it rude office people dont pay there workers enough so the workers are like f this was only one maintnce man at one time i think the other ones wher gone or fired or smoking some crack. had to fix my own stuff I am thankful to God that i had some where to stay but i learn my lesson pay more for a better place or pay less and live with the roaches Less
