My refrigerator died on Saturday, but they had a replacement to me on Sunday - very happy.

Connie was amazing when I went in this business. I was so pleased with her customer service that I decided to purchase before even choosing anything. She was knowledgeable and couteous. She explained all of the warranties and told me when I could expect the machine to be delivered.



The rest of the staff is just the opposite. No appliaces 5 days later. Everyone else I have spoke to have done nothing but give false statements to get me off the phone. I am so disppointed with my service. I have recommended this company in the past, never again.
