asap moving

This company has still to bring my belongings to my house. I moved in January 2009 from Grand Junction CO to Harlingen Texas. I had a binding estimate from a broker in New York with ASAP Moving as the actual movers.

They called me from Fruita CO and said they were loading a house there and as soon as they finished they would be at my house. I showed them what they needed to load in the house told them not to load anything in the garage until I got back from the bank. By the time I got back they had loaded everything from the garage that I told them not to load. Greg the owner of the company refused to take any of the boxes off of his trailer. I stated many times that I could not go over the amounted weight on the binding estimate. He refused to take any boxes off the boxes he was supposed to take from the house he did not put on his trailer I ended up losing family heirlooms because of this man. He refused to do anything I asked him to do he did everything his way. After everything was loaded and locked on his trailer he told me I had to initial an overage amount of .53 cents a pound or he would not deliver my belongings I told him if it was over then he needed to remove the boxes that I told him to remove from the garage he refused, and stated he would take my belongings and he would not deliver them. Long story short he charged me additional fee for loading his trailer that was not on the binding estimate. He gave me a bogus weight from Gallup to CO which he stated and his workers stated that the trailer my stuff was on came from Fruita CO. I never received an inventory list from this man. He has stated that I had over 250 boxes I never even moved any furniture just a washer dryer a chest and a freezer and boxes which none of the boxes could weigh over twenty lbs as my husband is disabled and he nor I can lift that large amount Greg stated that my belongings weighed over 5600lbs and I now owed him over 3000.00. He tried to steal 28000.00 out of my bank account and ended up taking every penny I had out of my bank account. He has all my husbands’ medical records as he has cancer and I needed them for his new Doctors. He has all the pictures of my family in which I have pictures of one of my sons that have passed away and I can never get those back. He is charging me $265.00 a month for storage and 25.00 dollar a mile to deliver my belongings and a $400.00 reweigh to load and unload my belongings. This man has made threats against me and has caused me and my family undue stress. I would not let him touch anything of mine again. Unsatisfactory rating in my book shouldn't be operating.
