I’m only giving this company one star because I have to. They do not care about their employees or the children they transport everyday. The school buses have NO AC. The company does not offer medical insurance to its employees. There is no consistency in management (2 GMs in the last year). You don’t earn paid time off so if you or your children are sick it’s without pay. They want you to work your butt off for them and they could care less about you or your family. KIPP Austin needs to find another contract.
