READ REVIEWS ON YELP! We are not alone in our experience. This was hands down the worst form of betrayal we experienced with customer service AFTER returning the RV. Mr. Jones seemed like the nicest do-gooder, but just like every other review we read too late, he changes his personality if you try to take him up on the offers he makes before hand- like giving us back our difference between the nice model we picked out and the only one he was able to give us. Our family made the best of the situation because it was more important to us to be together, than having a working shower, microwave, stove, etc. He says "don't worry" about all the scratches and dents in the RV before hand and then told us, once we returned the RV and mentioned to him some of the other issues, that if we complained about his RV, he would file all the damages on the RV from past renters. GET EVERYTHING HE SAYS WRITTEN DOWN IF YOU ARE RENTING A CLASS C RV. BE CAREFUL!

I was hesitant about vacationing in an RV and have to say this was the most memorable and awesome vacation we have had as a family yet! Very clean and well maintained RV. Kids loved the bunks! Driving was much easier than I thought, and Karyn gave the best tips. Orientation was so thorough that we felt confident setting out. We are already planning another trip for next year and will definitely be renting from American Adventure.

I have to say that I a extremely pleased with Jeff and the staff at American Adventure. Everyone was super friendly and available to answer all of the questions that I had.

These guys are great and friendly from start to finish.Will rent again next year. I admit I was slightly worried from the other reviews but we didn't damage anything and they didn't charge us either.

We have rented several times from AARV and keep coming back each time because they always take care of us and have great equipment compared to the other places in town. Also, they dont charge for generator time, which can save you much money when you camp off-grid!!

We had a fabulous experience with American Adventures RV Rentals! They helped us every step of the way and we had a fabulous trip! It cost exactly what we expected it to cost, and the RV was clean and ran great. Once or twice we had questions while we were on the road, and Jessica was quick to help us, she was so patient with all our neurotic questions! She even gave us her cell pone number so we could reach her anytime. we would absolutely use this company again and have already recommended them to several friends. Awesome awesome awesome! Thanks for a great experience.

We chose to rent an RV from American Adventure. We had the

best time! There were a few questions about the coach while

we were driving, but they were answered quickly and politely by Jeffrey. He did not make us feel as though we were bothering him.I am recommending American Adventure to any of my friends planning to take a trip. Wonderful service, super clean RV. Absolutely no complaints from this renter.

I wanted to take a minute and tell you how pleased we were with our rental. Everything worked perfectly and you were so helpful. It was comforting knowing you would answer the phone if we had an issue. We will return again!

Thank you to the American Adventure RV team again for taking such good care of us. We really enjoyed the motor home during the trip. I had my 84 year old father with us and we could not have made the trip to see his family for the last time without the motor home. Please tell Wayne thanks again for all his assistance when I called him during the trip. We will be scheduling another trip soon and will certainly be calling on them for the RV.

I can't say enough about the diligence and care we received from both Wayne and Jeffrey on our last rental. I rarely ever comment on sites like this, but their quick reaction and over-the-top service was just so amazing I had to make a comment. Also, having read through some of these other reviews, it is clear that their has to be two-sides over these stories, because in the three years I have rented from Jeff, and having witnessed him interact with dozens of customers, it is clear many on these people have nothing better to do, and most likely are not sharing the entire story. What Wayne and Jeff did for us on the Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend clearly demonstrates they care, and their self-sacrifice is second to none. Upon arriving at our Baton Rouge destination around 5 pm Friday night we began experiencing generator issues. The generator had run fine all night before and all day up until that point, but for some reason it would only stay running when holding down the start button. Wayne spent over two hours with us trying to troubleshoot the problem, knowing it was the beginning of Memorial Day and it would be almost impossible to get any mobile service at this hour. This was a brand new RV, and obviously just a random malfunction that could not have been avoided. We tried everything, but it would not stay on. They then directed us on how to maintain power to run the essential systems throughout the night on a small power source we had available. This would not work for the entire weekend, but was able to get us through the night. Remarkably, knowing they would probably be able to get us a service repair man on Saturday sometime, but not be quite sure the extent of the repair, without hesitation Jeffrey told us he was sending a replacement RV at his expense. We were delighted, and figured since it was almost 11 pm that he would get someone to leave Austin in the morning and we would see them later on Saturday. When Wayne himself showed up at 8 am with the Replacement RV, we knew he had to have left Austin not long after we signed off the night before and driven all night for us!!! The RV was just as nice as the one we rented, and since we really lost the use of the air conditioning for Friday night, Jeffrey also sent us a partial refund for Friday night. This type of service is rare to find these days, and I am willing to bet is just the reason why Jeffrey has been so successful for so many years in Austin. I was clearly able to read through the bs of others comments, and from someone who has experienced their service in a crisis, they have earned a customer for life. I don't believe they ever left someone stranded in Kansas or had a satellite dish just fall off while driving. I do believe that Wayne and Jeffrey do believe in doing the right thing, and don't need to waste their time responding to people that live to make complaints. I read and signed the same contract that these people did, and know they could have just tried to get me service and if they could not, I would have been entitled to some refund, but they clearly went above their responsibilities to ensure I had the best experience possible, even at their expense of time and money.

Had a blast! Not only was our RV and our trip on Colorado phenomenal, but the staff that helped us pick out what best suited us was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! We were blown away! They made us feel so at home and confident about our decision. We had never rented an RV before so we were a little unsure of what be best, so there assistance, details and demos were fantastic! Very lovely experience! Wayne was so helpful and knowledgeable, Jeff was very thorough, and Lisa was so friendly and accommodating! Couldn't ask for a better experience! We rented the Coachman C 24, and it was immaculate! Clean, new looking, and even smelled new! Was a winner! Thank you so much:)

An incredible experience!! By far the best vacation we have ever take, and our kinds want to know when we are going back on the road. Rented a small rv for spring break 2015 to travel with our 3 kids to the east coast up to Virginia and back. Not only was the Rv new and well maintained, but wayne was very accommodating throughout the entire trip to answer our "first timer" questions. Even though he did a great job explaining the full operation of the rv during our orientation, we forgot some of the particulars along the way, and he either answered the phone immediately or of the particulars along the way, and he either answered the phone immediately pr called us right back. He even gave us his cell phone to use after normal business hours. This is the first class operation, and we will be back next year.

Best experience we've had. All around taken care of. Best part was the customer service. We were extremely impressed.

I had a great time on a road trip when we used American Adventure RV Rentals. I didn’t think it would be comfortable staying in an RV but I guess my perceptions were way off. It was roomy yet cozy, clean, and I didn’t feel like a goldfish in a bowl. Changed my mind about road trips forever. Thank you.

Love this place!! We’ve rented from Jeff several times over the past couple years and we wouldn’t rent from anyone else. We checked out other local RV rentals in the area and their RV’s were in bad shape. Jeff has a great selection of RV’s to choose from and they are all very clean and well maintained. We received top notch customer service too. Our family created wonderful memories on our trips and we can’t wait to hit the road again!

I have rented from Jeffrey on multiple occasions and have been thoroughly impressed with each experience. The RV’s are top quality and clean. Jeffrey has been fantastic about the orientation process and answering any phone calls about questions. He has been very prompt and responsive in addressing any issues that were encountered on the road. Overall, they have been great adventures. I am hooked on RVing and will continue to use American Adventure RV Rentals.

We rented one of their RVs and I took my family on a road trip to the lake. The RV was clean and spacious. Everything worked and we ended up having a really fun trip. Would have worked out differently if we weren’t comfortable. Great decision to come here.

DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ALSO CALLED AMERICAN ADVENTURE RV RENTAL ...... Rented a 2006 Monoco Knight Rv from Jeffery super nice in the office but 2nd day into what will be my fathers last vacation we broke down in Kansas spent 3 hours first day getting oil, air & fuel filters changed only to chug down the fwy at 45-50 spent next 3 days in two more shops trying to get on our way with Jeffery sending another RV which broke down in Oklahoma THAT ONE NEVER MADE IT TO US!! So we had to skip the first Part of his trip to make it to the rest which was RUSHED - had trouble with the generator the whole trip - leveling equipment didn't work - washer was missing door - mirror was falling off - satellite tv & radio didn't work - rattled an was so out of balance the you couldn't hear the person next to you!! Soo much more not enought space. When Jeffery told me to leave the F....ing RV on the side of the road an he would come an get it -WE KNEW THEN WE HAD TO HELP OURSELF!!!!!! When I took it back he said hello and when I answered back with the things that were wrong he told me that he didn't have to listen to me because I had an attitude. GET OUT !!!!!! By the grace of GOD we finished the bucket list trip for my dad despite JEFFERY !!!!!!!! I'm posting this in hopes that I can save another family from having to go thru what my family did :/. Jeffery knew what this trip meant to my family an was so rude an disrespectful it makes me WISH I HAD READ THE OTHER REVIEWS before I rented NOT after!!!!!!!



I have pictures videos an a stack of bills related to being broke down that he refused to pay saying " it's not my fault you broke down and your so far passed Kansas so get over it!!!!
