Shaquille from Alterra was great. He was on time. He explained the treatment, and listened to my request to keep treatment away from the pool.

Kyle & Ryan are great.... On time, Informative and very helpful.

I tried to cancel service 12/15 since we bought a new home. They said I could not cancel since I was in a contract. I asked to transfer it to my new address and was told no; I had one more service in 1/16, I could cancel then. I asked to cancel now for after the 1/16 service and was told I had to call back after the 1/16 service. When I called back in the spring I left messages which no one returned. Several times and the line just rang. No one answered. When I finally got through, they said 1/16 was not the last date in my contract, that the final was in 4/16. I was livid. They told me I could transfer my service to the new address. This was good news but I was done with Alterra. I stopped auto-draft at least. I told them to officially cancel and to bill me for the remaining treatment. I no longer want to do business with Alterra. This didn't happen. They came out in 4/16&7/16. I paid both. I sent cancellation by email so I have proof in case they continue their blackmail tactics.

I have called phone number (512 467-7378) they provided on the website many times. However, nobody answer the phone. I have left the voice message and nobody call me back.

I have called to cancel my services with them several times. But they still send service reminder to me. I don't want your service any more. Please disable my account and cancel the service. Our one year contract was already done.

Chris Furini was very helpful, he took the time to answer all of my questions and show me the procedures he was going to use around my house. It was also refreshing to be met with a handshake and honest demeanor.

Erik was super informative and patient explaining everything on my first visit. Loved him!

Patricia F. Alterra provided follow-up service to counter an ant invasion into the kitchen. Moe was polite and knowledgeable. Familiar with our property, he did a sweep of the habitual ant mound areas in addition to treating the home invaders.

Ricky G. came out to treat our new home, and was amazing as he was before. At our previous address, we had an issue with a certain type of roach, that our daughter brought with her, when she temporarily moved back in with us. Apparently, this type of roach is extremely difficult to get rid of, and Ricky is an absolute EXPERT on this, and was able to rid the thousands, perhaps millions, that had infested our once beautiful home. Alterra made me a believer and a lifelong customer after that experience!!!
I have had salespeople come to my home, offer me countless discounts to switch my service, and I have to turn them away. Trust me, these guys are the real deal. And reasonable priced too!

Chris Torres is very knowledgeable and courteous. Wish all are as professional as him.

Joey Irby performed my initial service and could not have been nicer. He arrived right on time and explained the service agreement then got straight to work.

Just started service with Alterra today. Trenton Powers showed up on time and prepared to get started. After completing some minor paperwork, all well explained by Trenton, he got to work. He was thorough as he serviced the perimeter of the house and our yard. I'm looking forward to not having to worry about pests on my own any more.
