We cancelled our service over two years ago, but they still keep sending us bills. When I called them to discuss the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back she said she can't discuss it with me because we are past due. I have sent several letters and emails to confirm cancellation of the service and they never respond, except to send another past due bill. Avoid this company at all costs!

I am a 21 year customer of Allsafe security. The owner installed my system. There seems to have been a billing issue a number of months ago. I talked to Sara to try to understand where the problem was.( I have automatic withdrawal ) Sara was extremely helpful and together we concluded where the problem was. Allsafe has done and excellent job monitoring my home and if they notice a system problem contact me ASAP. 21 year customer, What more needs to be said.
