I needed some repairs done on my eco-bike and since I bought it from Alien Scooters, they were able to fix it quickly and it was free of charge! Great service!

We got to test drive a few electric bikes and scooters before we decided to buy one. We had a blast and couldn't resist purchasing 2 electric bikes for me and my wife.

All their help can't go unnoticed because I didn't know a thing about electric bicycles until they taught me a couple things. I ended up not only buying one for my wife, but also for myself.

I recently went in here on a whim after a friend mentioned it and I am so glad that I did! They have an amazing selection of scooters and I actually left with one! The staff was very friendly and helpful while I looked around. The price of the scooter was very good and I am really enjoying having it!

This is an awesome store with an awesome staff. Great selections and the staff knows everything about everything in there so they're very helpful. I just went in to look and get some prices but once I'm ready to purchase a scooter I'll definitely be coming to Alien Scooters to buy one.

Great customer service. I got a scooter from here and after about a year I had to get a repair. Any problems I have had were easily solved and taken care of right in the shop. I recommend this shop to anyone, especially someone looking for great fuel alternatives.

I came in with my son because we were interested in an electric scooter. he staff at Alien Scooters were very helpful when explaining all of the bike's functions. Joel helped us out and he was very informative. We didn't feel any pressure and it was an enjoyable buying experience.
