READ THIS BEFORE - I intially spoke with Roy, the owner, who gave me a price of $738 to replace two front door windows. When Jayce came out to confirm the measurement the price went up to $866 (due to our address I was later told in joking)!! When they installed the glass they chipped off all the paint around the black door seal and then used black caulk to cover it. It looks like a 2 year old fingerpainted all around our doors. They also got the caulk all over our entry rug and refused to pay for it. Jeremy, the guy who was out to install the door refused to call us back after the incident and when I called the OWNER, ROY, he refused to reimburse me for the cleaning of the rug and hung up on me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If you need a windshield replaced and you have a rain sense option on your vehicle then DO NOT use Ace Discount Glass. After replacing my windshield I asked them to check and see if my rain sense option worked. I knew I was in trouble when it was clear that they didn’t know how to test for proper operation of the rain sense option. After they tried to fix the problem by replacing the gel pack which attaches the sensor assembly to the windshield they suggested that I take the vehicle to my Cadillac dealer because they didn’t know what to do next. The bottom line from Cadillac was that the rain sense option didn’t work because the area under the sensor was tinted and it should be clear glass to allow the sensor to operate properly.



When I asked Ace Discount Glass to replace the faulty windshield they refused to do it. They complained that they had lost enough money already and didn’t want to lose any more. They willingly gave me a credit for the cost of the repair but it was extremely disappointing that they were unwilling to stand behind their work and deliver on a job they committed to do.
