My mom and i have always been Cosutumer here for years and have never had a problem. Buffalo has always helped us out all these years changing anything we need on the tires. Weve always received great customer service here, its very affordable and they give you a 30 day warranty for $5 more on each tire. Very fast and friendly service. I loved how well Brenda and Lolo explain all my options and answer any of my concerns, there staff is great and they always go above and beyond my expectation.

Most go there for your tire's,They let me pick my own tire out of 30 of them and there very fast and it only cost me 40.00 thanks will be coming back soon

I came to A1 tires in my time of need. I was running late to a interview. My spare was flat and I had limited funds. They worked with me. Had me on the road in 10 min. Staff was nice and understanding I will be doing buisness again with them in the future.

I would like to give a1 tires two thumbs up not only for great price and the dedication on the staff I was really impressed with there service I was in need of two tires for my f350 dully when I pulled in I was acualy aproched by Lolo he asked me if I needed assistance before I even got out of my truck I told him I needed two tires he came back with four. I told him I only needed two he stated that he wanted to let me pick the two that I wanted. I thought wow normally at a used tire shop you get what they give you. So I picked the two I wanted they installed them and I was set to go in only 20 min which is pretty fast for my truck I was really impressed with a1s service and pricing and would recommend them to every one. Why pay a arm and leg for tires when you got a1 tires thanks guys. Billy

I have been to A1 Tires several times, and everyone there that has helped me has been so helpful. Jessie and Eric make me feel at ease, especially being a girl trying to buy my own tires! Thank you A1 Tires for always being there for me!! I definitely would recommend them anytime!

I went looking for a few tires for my Nissan, and they had them available. I wasn't able to make it because my tire blew out on the side of the highway. Luckly they had repair truck so they drove to my vehicle and replaced my tire with no problem. They did a phenominal job and I would recommend them highly. Great Job!!!!!

A-1 tires were a big help! Pedro had just closed the doors and was kind enough to open up to fix my flat. I will be sure to return to A-1tires any time. I have recommended all my friends to go to A-1 tires.

I needed to replace a couple of tires on my pickup and decided to try A-1 Tires. The gentleman pulled a couple of used tires from the back and mounted and balanced them. The next morning one of the new tires was low on air. For the next few days I had to add air to that tire and at the same time the other tire also started loosing air. I took a close look at both the tires and found that one had a huge bubble on the inside part of the tire, and the other tire had a huge gouge in it right where the tire meets the rim. I returned to A-1 and after close scrutiny of my receipt, the guy told me that these were not his tires. I argued with him a bit and he ended up calling the person I purchased them from and confirmed that they were the tires I purchased. He told me that they must have accidentally pulled some trash tires and used those. He didn't have replacements in stock so he told me to return in a couple of days and he would find some more tires. I returned as promised but he had not found replacements. This went on for some 3 weeks and 8 trips up to A-1 and several phone calls.. Finally they found one tire and replaced it. Once again they told me to return in a few days. My last trip to A-1 they said they found a tire. They mounted it and it had a huge slice in it and they had to pull it back off and put my bad tire back on. I had enough. I had spent hours trying to get them to replace the trash they mounted on my truck and I wasn't about to spent another minute with these guys. Plus, I went out this morning and the remaining trash tire was completely flat. So, I went to Leal's tires today. He had a whole stack of tires in my size in almost new condition and for the same price as the trash tires A-0 sold me. Why can I find a tire that fits my truck but someone in the business can't? I will never use A-! again. I would rather they be honest and tell me they don't have tires in my size than to mount defective trash tires on my vehicle and cause me hours worth of hassle. I really believe they owe me a refund for this tire but they have a no cash refund, exchange only policy. So I truly feel that they have blatantly ripped me off.
