I went to two of the big box tire stores plus a leading department store to try and mount 18" rims on my 4X4 F-250. I already had the rims [eBay] so they could have cared less trying to help me. Then I drove by A JACKS to see if they'd BUY my rims since 2 tire stores said they couldn't be mounted. I was stuck; I wanted to salvage SOME of my investment on these rims that wouldn't fit. A JACKS went above and beyond to figure out a way to make these fit. They LISTENED to me. They thought "outside the box" to resolve my frustrations and did it in a calming and almost relaxing manner. Sure it's a rough looking operation but when you're in the hands of an expert, do you know how good you feel? You can feel that here. Sure I bought 4 tires from these people AND the install was done on time but they'll see me again and again. Talk with Ernest or Jeff - they'll listen.
