Came quickly after I booked (same day, within 30 minutes) and staff was friendly and professional. Only reason why I didn't give the highest rating is because I wish there was a cheaper cost structure for those getting rid of only one or two items of small-medium size.

the initial phone conversation was helpful and correct. They guys who came to pick up the hot tub were super happy, and gratefull that we had taken a saw to it to cut it into bits...so that made us feel good. Overall, we would call again if necessary. Thanks!
