I was in Austin (from Canada) with my son and nephew for a Little League tournament (June 16, 2013). It was a Sunday Afternoon, and I realized that my driver's windshield wiper blade was broken off. I knew I had better replace it in case it rained on our trip home. I had never been to an O'Reilly Auto Parts store before. I went in, and when the salesperson served me, he got me a new set of blades and he asked if I knew how to install them. I said, "I think so". He then said not to worry, he would come out and put them on for me. Nice! After he installed them, I mentioned that my Explorer's 4x4 light was flashing periodically when I was driving and that the truck was making a clunking noise when backing up and turning at slow speeds. He offered to plug a scanner in, and get the code to see what the problem might be. He ran the scan and gave me a print-out....no charge! That was service way above and beyond what I expected....Very recommended.
