I do not recommend this contractor for anything! He misrepresents his skills and uses (2) different names: Wade Perkins/Jasper Lane. He quoted me $1250 for repairing and painting (2) front porch columns and painting (4) stairs leading up to it. I told him (2) weeks in advance of date I needed it done by as I wanted everything nice for company. After numerous excuses for delays and (2) days before deadline, he drops a boy off, who appeared very intoxicated (red eyes, uncoordinated with slurred speech), to pressure wash the porch. He then said it would cost another $250 to complete the work and requested another $100 for the pressure washing, which was already included in original bid! He received $300 upfront for supplies, of which I never saw. My work did not get done and he has not been back. After ignoring (9) of my calls and messages, he finally answered and told me to get another painter if I wasn't satisfied. To top it off, I found out he provided me false documents to show proof of liability insurance! These people are crooks and could not pass a background check or drug test. The BBB gave them an F. Stay away from them!
