You do not want to rent an apartment at this complex. The trash compactor is a health hazaed-Never empty, always overflowing with trash. Looks and smells really bad. The maintanence team never fixes anything when needed and if they do, it's only temporary. The weight room is a mess-the equipment is in shabby condition and doesn't work; smells like pee. The property is supposed to be secure....However, the gates have never worked and thugs roam the property at will. There is alot of thefts and doors being kicked in. The most recent incident, the locals stole the entire mailbox!!!!!! so, some residents cannot get their mail. If you want to pay premium price with the ghetto look and feel, then rent here!
