The service refuses to pull into the street forward, and backs up the road. This is endangering the children in our neighborhood, and is loud with all the beeping of the truck. Contacted the office staff, and everyone in the office was very rude. Just tried to speak to the truck drive to politely request the truck pull straight in and turn around as all the other services in our neighborhood, and he refused and was just as rude as the office staff. Do not recommend this service, especially for neighborhoods with children. Smith Sanitation gets 5 stars from me.

I would not recommend express waste to anyone. I was a loyal customer for almost 2.5 years. For some reason I did not get my October bill, and they just stop collections, no second notification or anything. You would think after years of loyal service without any late payments they would try to see what the problem is before just cutting you off.

I switched to Express Waste from another vendor and I am a customer for life. They are friendly, professional and the garbage is picked up on a consistent basis.
