They do a great job with my dry cleaning and pants. Alway friendly and helpful with answering questions. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and very satisfied

I've been with this dry cleaner since they've opened. Always consistent quality and friendly!

I do not recommend Ellen’s Cleaners. And if you do decide to patronize Ellen’s Cleaners do not leave your clothes beyond 30 days. They will dispose of them without contacting you. I question their operation; shady/suspect.

Please save your self the stress, by dealing with this disreputable establishment. They actually STOLE MONEY FROM ME. Please read further!



I have had other issues with this cleaners before (e.g. they stained/burned a white shirt that I had cleaned there and I didn't notice it until weeks later when i took it out of the cleaning bag. Instead of bringing it back to them to argue over it, I had to throw it away, which cost me money) but this time they have gone too far.



I took two expensive pairs of Perry Ellis dress slacks (on 9/3/11) that both needed to have seams repaired in the cuffs because the bottom part of the cuff was falling out. They said they could repair it so I left them there and picked up the pants on the following week. I paid and left without looking at the seam repair (on 9/9/11). They so called fixed the cuff by stitching a seam directly through the middle of it in a circle through the cuff of the pants leg (on the outside where everyone can see a big stitch through the bottom of my pants). I returned to complain. The amazing thing is that they agreed that the repair was poorly done but tried to insinuate that I might not have had it done at their store even thought it had all the tags from from their work on the inside and I had been there the day before and also had my receipt. After a frustrating conversation with them about their very poor customer service, i demanded that they provide a refund of what they had charged me. Unfortunately I stated the wrong amount while arguing (I asked for my $13 refund when they had actually charged me $17). They did give me $13 but when i got back home and looked at the receipt, I realized that they had cheated me out of $4. I called them back and asked them for the remainder of the refund and they refused. I would never do business with these guys again and would advise anyone reading this to do the same. Please stay away from these guys. Poor customer service, bad alterations skill, burnt stained white clothing, and they STOLE MONEY FROM ME. Also, I was dealing with the owner at this point, so this should tell you the bad service starts at the Top.
