Never any employees on sales floor, store is always on the floor, will never spend another dime in this store.

Your staff needs training in customer relations. Not only are they inept; they are becoming increasingly belligerent, confrontational and accusatory. No pleasure shopping there anymore.

I was going to give this store five stars because I enjoyed shopping here and the prices were great! But when I got to the line to check out I got some girl dressed like a dude her name was iyesha she was a manager I believe because I asked her about the return policy and she was so rude and ugly to me! And then I showed her how the shirt I had was torn and she told me that's probably why it's marked down and she told me I couldn't return it. I said ok then I left and realized she failed to give me my receipt and when I walked to her I noticed she was talking to her self... But soon realized she wasn't when she was on the phone!! I startled her because she didn't have a clue I was behind her! What kind of company lets their associates talk on the phone while their on the floor with customers!! So unprofessional !!
