We were given 2 bids for electrical work for 2 separate jobs.One bid Justin gave us was $1650. The larger job was $27,800. His bids were 65% higher than anyone else so we went with another company. Later we got a notice that our card on file was credited $825. When I called about it I was told Justin had charged our credit card with that amount because he thought we'd be going with Roth. WHAT??!! Never once did we commit to the work. I am appalled that he would actually charge to our credit card ANY amount at all, since we never agreed to his bid, either verbally or in writing. In fact, I sent them an email on stating we were not interested in the bid for either project.
What he did is illegal and unethical. I immediately cancelled our credit card with Roth and vowed to never do business with them again.
I have been passing this information to friends and family and will continue to do so.
If there was a score lower than 1 star, Roth would be most deserving of it.
There are dozens of qualified electrical companies that will not charge for a quote. I strongly suggest you go with one of them.

We called as the furnace was making a loud noise occasionally. Aaron was the technician who responded. He came two hours after my call. Aaron introduced himself, apologized for his having to come out for a problem. Said he hoped he’d be able to diagnose it, and have us back to normal fast.
Aaron checked everything he could think of that would make the noise we described. Having us turn on the furnace, as he systematically checked voltages, and other things. He kept saying he was not going to leave until he found the problem, or was certain he’d triple checked everything.
He found the source of the noise, it was the condensation pump.it was still in warranty and he had one in his truck. He replaced it. Then checked making sure the noise was gone.
Aaron’s caring for my happiness was above and beyond my expectations!
He’s another of Roth’s employees that keeps us returning to Roth!

Dan did a great job, diagnosed the problem and got to work. He is a very effective communicator and kept me advised of what he was doing and why. He was polite and professional and not intimidating. I don't think I paid for anything that was not needed and he explained everything well. I will ask for him by name next time I need service.

We have had electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning work done. And liked the work so much, we hired Roth for installation of new furnace and air conditioner in the house we are selling, when the furnace quit in it.
Roth is consistently on time, competitive in the prices. The quality of the equipment, and installation is the best.
The crews were efficient, knowledgeable, clean in working, always cleaned up after the days work. Yes they were in our new house for over a month! Replaced all the plumbing, furnace, new A/C, remodeling a bathroom. Also converted to natural gas our water heater.
Yes we recommend Roth for any job you need done! AAA+++ service! Even after the sale. We had the one year check up on the new HVAC system. Bruce was very informative about how to keep the system at peak preference.

This is the second time Aaron serviced our home. He has been on time, polite and professional on both occasions. He was very dillegent in making sure he got the correct filters and bulbs. Great job!
