My husband and I have been insured by state farm for over 10 years and never missed a payment. We cancelled our home insurance when we sold our home to move across country and during this move we not properly advised on coverage needed. Unfortunately we were broken into with $15,000 stolen and Greg Rodi's office took no blame for the lack of professional guidance. We relied on them for proper coverage and we were left completely exposed and out this money with no recourse. Over the phone they admitted they made a mistake however did nothing to rectify the situation.
