I paid $360 cash for carpet dyeing in two small areas from pet stains. The stains look exactly the same and the carpets are still wet one week later. He used an old rotary scrubber and I did not see anything that looked like dye work. He just talked about his secret cleaner which I think was all a fabrication. He says he stands by his work but when I asked him to come back out for his "color correction" services or for a partial refund, he texted "Over and out!" Weirdest carpet cleaning experience of my life. I would not recommend.
