Great service

I was so pleased with the prompt response to my call. From first contact to repair being complete was 2 1/2 hours. Charley was great! Would call him anytime we need repairs or replacement

Terrible service and poor installation

I have had the most terrible experience with this guy. His assistant broke my garage door opener panel and Charley said that he would get it replaced for me. I have been calling him every week and everytime he tells me that he got it shipped to my address. He left out a bunch of stuff while installing the opener and even messed up the wire that runs from the garage door opener to the main unit. Charged me more than the quoted price after the work was done. Doesn't know the word "sorry" exists !
