Came for oil change and tire rotation. Also checked to see if a recall letter could be taken care of, re possible cooling system leak. Was taken care of: no leaks. Was at dealership for about 30-45 minutes.

I purchased a red 2014 Taho on 9/25/2014. I originally started my search with Steve Shively who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were unable to come there from Arkansas during a time that he was available so he graciously referred us to Ehren Clark who was also very knowledgeable and courteous. My experience was great. I had called and spoke with Mike Lanphier and had came in and looked at a nitro, purchased it and took it home the same day! The vehicle just didn't work for me so I called Mike and told him my issues and he right away took me in and helped me get in another vehicle that suited me! We purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain. We had been looking at them off and on for the past couple of months. The car is very much what we wanted with all the extras that we wanted. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very polite and allowed us to make up our mind with no pressure.
