Great Pricing, fast shipping, excellent customer service. Ordered hot fix rhinestones, got them right away and everything was exactly as it should be.

I am very upset with my order with Dreamtime creations. Prior to placing an order online I personally called the company to make sure the items were available to ship. The customer service rep ensured me that she had all the items in stock. She placed me on hold to check and she was also communicating with me through email during the entire process. My order was shipped out the same day but when I received the order I got only 1/3 of my order and when I called to ask why my full order was not completely fulfilled the same customer service rep told me that the items that were not available was refunded. Yes, that is fine. I understand my order was refunded but why was I told that she had all of the items in her hand as we speak? Her answer was there was possibly other orders that came the same day and that was possibly why I did not get my full order. Well why did she put me on hold and told me she have the items right "in her hand as we speak". We were also communicating through email she even double checked the amount I needed and she still failed to mention in the email that the order was not complete. I felt she was not being honest when she said she had every item in stock. I would not have placed the order if they did not have everything in stock. I even explained to her right from the beginning that I order the items from a different company but they did not have enough thats why I had to source out different places. This is so upsetting. I will never deal with this company again. To be honest, there are better pricing and better customer service from a different company. For future customers, if you want Swarowski crystals you should check out dressshopper.com.. Their pricing is better and way better customer service. They were at least honest.

I spend 172$ for Swarovski sew-ons last year at DREAMTIMECREATIONS, when I received it - I was shocked! It wasn't Swarovski, some items not even glass! cheap plastic with spots, not straight edges and scratched strange coating on a back side! I'm working with Swarovski over 4 years and know what I'm talking about.

When I contacted customer service and send them photo - was told to return items and will refund. No even say Sorry.

Package was send by registered post with 1 item (I had a filling that something wrong) and received in 1 week time later. After 2 weeks of my everyday remindings got refund 22$ for this item, but not postage - as was promised.

Later I had orders in other place for the same Swarovski types and now I can make a photo for comparison. Still has those "Swarovski" not used as I cant sell it to my customers.

Just couldn't believed that seams serious company in USA (its not ebay!) can lays like that!!!
