First off i love teavana, my experience so far has been as gifts and purchased online, this was my first time in a store and i was very dissapointed. First i experienced an aqward/uncomfortable exchnage between employees. Secconed i was hoping for some recomendations instead of just picking from the brochure, i was recomended the 2 "most popular" teas, which i purchased and later learned were also the 2 most expensive teas in the store.... Seriously! If you take your customers for fools they will not be back. I will not be back i could have gotton to try way more teas for the budget i had stated. I felt i was rushed, and just treated as someone to suck as much money out of as possible and when i declined all the extras i got attitude! . As i stated I will not be back.
