WOW, INCOMPEDENT & RUDESame exact issue as Carol in below review. Phone screen was never done correctly on 8/29/16 have taken it back once to be resolved under the 6 month warranty. Still not correct so I made a third trip in today. This time they will not repair as it has physical damage (Screen has very minor crack from flexing because it is not glued down properly!They told me they did me a FAVOR, by regluing the second time. I said no it has a warranty. If they are to INCOMPEDENT to do the job correctly and I have to make 3 trips to get it resolved ..how is that a FAVOR? Three trips in a little over two months. So much for your six-month warranty.The two workers both became very belligerent. One even came out from behind his little perch too yell at me.All I can say is I have purchased Marine batteries, back up sump pump batteries, & watch batteries from this location and the Naperville store. Unfortunately, this incident ended it for me. I wont cast a shadow in the store again.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE THE GRIEF. TAKE YOUR CELL PHONE TO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
