I went in there today and I was told I had to wait 2 hours because there were only 8 therapists. Which is understandable. However, after an hour of waiting I asked where I was on the list. The lady at the desk said another hour. So I waited another hour. I went back up to the desk and she said another hour again while she actually questioned my intelligence (in fact everybody there was rude). Another man even came before me and came back 2 hours later and the same lady told him another 2 hours. Mind you this is at 3:30 in the afternoon and the place closes at 5:30 and they were telling everybody "another 2 hours". They werent going to get everybody in there in time. But this is not all. During my 2 hour wait I also noticed that a man that worked there and his buddy just slipped right in in front of everybody else waiting. This also happened with a lady that knew someone that worked at the front desk. Hence, if you don't know somebody that works here you won't ever get in. Do not come to this establishment you'll just be wasting your time.
