My husband gave his heart and soul working for this company for 10 years to be fired over allowing his grandson to follow him to their sjop in their company truck even though he had consent from his boss to use the truck as everyone used the trucks and many for their personal use. To give someone like Mary Fountain this kind of power to fire someone knowing the person had consent to use the truck is crazy. My husband worked hard for this company and did many things for the company at know cost to them and this is how he is repaid. People driving the company truck with their grandchildren I. The company truck see s to be OK their still working for the company. Talking your family to work on Saturdays; your grandchildren and your dog is OK their still there. So what's up with this lack of respect from human resources? Maybe the power the human resources should be looked at. Sad a company chose to fire a great worker and an honest employee.
