I live in this place for the past 6 years, and I have to say the area improved a lot and the reason behind this improvement that price of these condominiums became a lot more expensive, so now whoever lives here should have a good paid job or business to be able to pay the high rent or high mortgage, and today it's much more safe to live here than living in many other neghborhood in Denver and Aurora, and most important we don't see drug dealers anymore in the area.

I used to love living in this complex but now since the drug dealers & gang members have taken it over, it isn't safe to walk out of your front door. they sit on everyones porch and if you try to come out or in, they block the way so you can't go anywhere. Several people have been robbed and one poor woman was robbed at gunpoint. It's really sad how it has changed and everyone is trying to move out of there.

Well we moved in at the 1st of the year and w/in the 5 days we were robbed! The neighbors our building acted like it didn't happen. Then w/ in the the next month there was 3 attempted breaks in just our building alone.

But that's not all, the guy above is is always making noise (pushing furniture, having parties, ect..)and the HOA head Mitch did nothing about. I've called the cops on him severial times but it still continues. Mitch (hoahas done nothing about this. Also he sent a plumber to our place to fix a cclogged sink, and well the plumber tracked grease all over our rugs and carpet. Teh plumber said its was not their problem, we had to take it to the HOA. Once we brought this up, we were informed that he would make sure we got the bill not Mitch, bucause Mitch doesn;t like to take care of his units as he should. Once we talked to Mitch about the rugs and carpet as told to by Aurora Plumbling his reply was "Thats the cost of doing business!"

So think.........Would like to have a loud naighbor that the HOA doesn't care about, or pay higher HOA fees for better safetly recieve nothing, or better yet; Here "Thats the cost doing business."?
