Philippe did a phenomenal job and was extremely professional... he also taught us a few tricks in how to maintain our line and keep it clean. Very helpful.

They are always very prompt and easy to deal with. We have used them 3 times in 5 years and they have always been able to come the same day.

Joe (2851) and Gerald (4450) were outstanding in cleaning up our basement after a sewer pipe back up. They were diligent in keeping the path through the house clean and great at explaining what they were doing and why. Friendly and respectful, prompt and diligent. Thank you gents!

We recently had a basement drain back up at our house and had Roto-Rooter come out to fix the problem. Reise (#1877) was professional, courteous and did a great job. He made sure to explain everything and was very efficient with his work. Very pleased with the work and overall experience.

The tech who came out was professional and informative (Felipe 3033). He went straight to work and explained everything that he did. I was pleased with the results.

The installer, Howard #4285, was extremely knowledgeable and competent. He installed all new sump and ejector pumps, and a battery backup for the sump. Fast and friendly service.

We had bathtub clog on one of our bathrooms. Jacob (Tech 2769) came out and worked to clear the clog. Water is now draining smoothly. Jacob did a fantastic job & was pleasant & courteous and also completed the job in quick time. Great and fantastic Job, I will definitely recommend!

I had a bathroom toilet back up into the house, leaving me with raw sewage in the house. I had called several other plumbers, but they would not do the work since my bathrooms back up to each other and they were concerned they would break my toilets. I was left to call Roto-Rooter, and they absolutely delivered. They used the best equipment and did the job thoroughly. They are more money up front, but with the repairs I had in the past and the possibility of having to had gone to many plumbers this time to fix what others were breaking, I think the peace of mind is worth the additional fees. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if any needs arise.

Service Staff & Supervisor were very knowledgeable and professional.
They both answered our questions without making us feel worse than the situation was already.
They stayed with us thru the process until completion.

Filipe was great. the work on main pipe was extensive. Yet, he was very professional and great at explaining the process and how to make sure it didnt happen again. We appreciate the prompt and professional service
