Provided by YP.comThere is always a knowledgeable person at the store to answer any questions you have. The reason I gave them 4 stars on promptness is because of the machine maintenance contracts. IMHO they over-sell the number of contracts for the number of technicians they have to do the work. When I took my machine in for its annual checkup, they kept it for 6 weeks!
