I was in this store early this morning to receive help tracking a package they seem to have lost. The only employee working (who later informed me he was owner) was not the least bit interested in helping me track the package. (I was the only customer in the store that early, so it isn't as if he had a long line waiting for service.)As I became frustrated he became downright abusive. After asking who was the owner of this store and being informed that he was the owner, I told him I would never set foot in the establishment again. He began to scream at me from behind the counter as I was leaving the store. As the door closed behind me he called me an idiot. As I turned around in the doorway he was standing behind the counter making obscene gestures at me with his entire body, gyrating his hips back and forth, mimicking my walk. When he saw the shocked look on my face as I stood there in horror with my mouth dropped open, he sarcastically mocked that look as well. Really? What kind of small business owner behaves that way in this day and age of public social media? I try to support small business where I can. I will be going elsewhere in the future for my "posting" needs. I suggest you do the same.

I own a mailbox at this location and have utilized other services as well a making purchases. Everytime I have to encounter the owner, his attitude has been anything but professional or congenial. Just this past Saturday, when I went in there was a girl in front of me that he greeted with a "hi, how are you" then when I approached the counter, he looked up, down, then all around before he would look at me and then he stated, "what can I do for you." After my business was concluded he had the never to say, "have a nice day." Very passive aggressive. This is not the first time this has happened. In previous observations he is very blatant in the difference of how he treats his white customers versus his African American customers.

I have been here several times because it's just around the croner from our house. I have spend money on faxing and I have also gone into drop off a package. Today I shipped something that is expensive with fed ex and I wanted to make sure I did it right and the guy that works there tells me I can't tell you were just a drop off pick up for fed ex and UPS. He wouldn't give me a box only an envelope.I came in before and it was the owner and I had a box that was prepaid to ship and asked for some tape and he wouldn't give me any. I've spend probably 100.00 at this store faxing documents but these jerks won't even talk to you if your not spending money. Next time I will drive farther to do business else where.
