They showed up one and half hours late. They did call and said they would be one hour late not 1 1/2 hours. Then I told them how I wanted my dog groomed. They have groomed my dog before. They groom in your home so I was home! After my dog was done they come up the stairs and my dog was SHAVED! He tells me my dog had some clumps under near on her stomach and felt it was the human thing to do was shave her and not brush them out. Not sure why then they felt the need then to shave her entire body. The reason why I cant have my dog shaved is because I am allergic to all short haired dogs as the dander sits on the surface and my allergies do crazy. So now I can not pet or love on my dog as I am so allergic to her right now and she is so upset. I will never call them back again. They also spread out all over my entire basement to groom the dog. LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!

I have had my Bichom/Shih Tzu mix "Teddy" cared for my
Pets Fifth Ave for well over a year. I would hate to think of having him groomed by any one else. While they a very warm and nice people, they really know their business. A neighbor
told me about them and I know of yet another family that will only go to them as well for there cat and dog. I highly recommend these caring and very knowledgeable folks.

Roberta and Randy from Pets Fifth Avenue was recommend by my Vet and it was an excellent choice, They were on time, had all the right equipment for grooming and was very professional, They always made sure my cats were comfortable. When it comes time to have them groomed again they will definitely be called back

I was very beside myself when my kitty groomer moved out-of-state, she had heard about Pets Fifth Avenue and told me to give them a call. I have 5 Persian cats which require lots of grooming, Roberta and Randy are just wonderful, and so professional. I like the fact that they come into your home because it is less stressful for the pets. When Roberta and Randy leave, my pets look gorgeous, I would highly recommend them!

Randy and Roberta had their hands full with our 2 old kitties, who were matted real bad. They both received a lion cut, bath, de-dandruf treatment, nail and ear cleaning, all in the comfort of our home. They are very professional and personable and fantastic with animals. They did a great job on our kitties and the kitties are purring and happy. Thank You, Randy and Roberta. We'll be hiring you for grooming out hounds and upkeep on the kitties.

I used to take my dogs to a store for grooming but noticed that they were coming back with diarrhea, lethargic and all stressed out. It was very evident that they did not like the place because they were simply refusing to get in for their next appointments so we decided to try a mobile pet grooming service.



Well, we found Pets Fifth Avenue in YP.

It turns out it was the best find ever because they do everything in your house (no van), they were on time, have a very nice setup and importantly, the dogs are significantly less stressed by being at the house! Roberta and Randy really take their time to do a great job, with no rush whatsoever, which my dogs really appreciated. Today they came and did my second dog, with the exact same results, so all I have to say is that we are very pleased and satisfied so as our dogs!



I am sure that if you try it, you will stay with them, just like us!

I really like them, they were punctual and very thorught, they took their time with my Olivia.

I have a tiny furry (spoiled!) dog, and Pets Fifth Avenue arrived exactly on time, did a careful and thorough job, and left my puppy looking gorgeous! Can't beat the convenience of in-home grooming too.

These guys did an amazing job on both my dogs! Very professional, on time, a neat set up, clean, and most of all take extra measures to make sure both my dogs were comfortable - very reasonable price and my dogs looked GREAT after they were done. I will definately recommend Pets Fifth Avenue to anyone who cares for their pets and wants a great job done!!
