This travel agency is a joke!The owner herself is totally a liar, and she really has a hard time to understand English! She booked ticket for me, when I asked her what options I have if I wanted to use my milage, she said she would check into it Monday, but went ahead canceled my ticket without even notifying me!When I confronted her about the cancelation, she said she had reinstated my ticket. When I confronted her how come my credit card had never been charged, she simply told me "I just did it", did what? Good luck guessing!Do NOT do business with this woman, it costed me $100.00 extra fee with the airline to straighten out her mistake!
