Truly a 5 star, A plus company. When needing any type of service, I usually check potential contractors with the Better Business Bureau. I found that Madd Hatter Chimney Sweep has a A+ rating. When they came out to my home, they lived up to that reputation. Their sweeps were courteous, efficient and most importantly clean. They where very neat. In fact, the hearth area looked better after they finished then when they arrived. I would recommend anyone needing fireplace and chimney service to use Madd Hatter Chimney Sweep.

I commend Madd Hatter Chimney Sweep for going above and beyond the call of duty when cleaning my woodstove and stovepipe. Madd Hatter corrected problems caused by other companies. Their work has been impecable. For all the years I've used them, they have kept my home with light carpet clean every time. Madd Hatter is the only company I would trust to come into my home to clean my woodstove and stovepipe system. I'm a crippled senior on oxygen. I am very careful who I let into my home. Damaged my gutters with their ladder to get on roof. Will not return phone calls, refuses to correct or fix damage. Go with someone more reputable and honest.
