Provided by YP.comHad a service appointment for a motorhome I had purchased out of state. I was told they would look at it today and they would order parts needed. Then I would return when parts were in to finish up. Left it there all day then returned to pick it up. I was told it hadn’t been looked at, and it would be a week before they could see it. This was warranty service. They told me they were not obliged to do warranty work on a unit bought elsewhere and some people wait a year or two to have work done. I drove 4 hours to have warranty work done as promised , which they failed to do. This is customer service at its worst. They have not only lost a service customer, but I would never buy a motorhome from them based on this experience.
