Jeff Cobb is a dirty creep and made me pay up front for my tattoo, which he continued to make excuses as to why he didn't have time to work on me. I never got my tattoo finished, and now the jerk doesn't even work at INK anymore. Thank god I went down the street to The Tattoo Shop at Iliff and Chambers and talked with Andrew. He told me he would finish the junk Jeff had started, and he also told me that the $1000 bucks I had paid was WAY too much. I got robbed.
