Part 2 of my review: (where the little box is) that has the chords out both sides. Then my laptop wouldn't play audio they said it wasn't doing that when they had it, and i could bring it back for a fee. Then they said the dvd drive didn’t work, and I said I never had any problems before because it was hardly used. They never told me i had warranty on the work that was completed or anything! So i got frustrated in trying to get my charger chord, or getting them to fix it properly. I Went out of town for a family emergency, and came back home &opened up my laptop to use it. I had a black screen that asked for a recovery boot disc that i didn't have because they never gave me copy of the discs from their repairs or when they rolled my operating system back. In May 2014 i got frustrated and called them got a lady on the phone, told her the problem and that i wanted to speak to someone in charge, like a manager but no one was available. I stopped by a couple of times with the laptop and finally caught the manager/owner. Spoke to him about my ac charger chord, and the problems I was having. I Explained this was unacceptable, and I was not willing to buy another $90. Which the receptionist said him in front of me "I can just go online and order her a new charger chord" To which he didn't reply. I spoke with him and he assured me that the work would be covered by warranty, and it was. I had told him he needed to replace my $90 charging chord since he most likely wouldn't be able to get it back from the other customer (with the exact same laptop as me) that they gave it to. He assured me that everything would be taken care of. I was specific to ask please don’t do any repairs if it requires me to have my system wiped clean. They said they would call me 1st. So I left my laptop for them to fix again and to get a new charger chord to replace the $90 new chord that they had given to some other customer. And weeks went by again! Finally i had to call them to ask them if my laptop was ready for pick up and they said it had been ready. They never called me even once to tell me. Then i picked it up, and they never replaced my charger chord that i paid $90 for, and they never bothered to order a cheap one. I still have the same torn up charger chord that they gave me the 1st time they said my laptop was fixed! What did I get? when I picked it up MY SYSTEM WAS WIPED CLEAN! I had everything (MY LIFE) was on that laptop. There were alot of family photos of my children, my deceased grandmother (that was like my mother)... business documents that i have no way to ever get them back! THEY WIPED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM CLEAN! CLAIMING A VIRUS WHEN I HAD NEVER USED IT SINCE THE LAST TIME THEY FIXED IT! They never apologized and acted like it was no big deal. The laptop was only used for business purposes never personal except the uploading of all photos from chips and they don't cause VIRUSES! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, AND IF YOU LIKE YOUR LAPTOP YOU SHOULDN’T USE THEM EITHER!!!
