In a time where customer service has fallen by the wayside - you will love this family owned & run business. Basically, you sign up and agree to spend a set (& very reasonable) amount on drycleaning every month. You put your drycleaning out on Monday & it is back on Tuesday. They charge your card and you have taken out one of those nuisance errands that everyone runs out of time to complete in their life. The cost is no more than what you would spend taking it in yourself to nearby cleaner (yes, I did check several). The customer service is 2nd to none - I don't even think Nordstrom's can be this helpful & they set the bar for exceeding customer expectations. If you need alterations, odd items cleaned (they clean my child's school uniforms and husband's race suit), whatever you need just ask. Everything is handled with professionalism, respect, and a smile. Call & try them today. I promise you will love them & wonder how you ever got along without them.
