Absolutely awful experience. The silent partner in this group that does the remodeling on homes is a flipper who cuts corners and does everything on the cheap particularly when it comes to his contractors. Shops bottom dollar and gets guys who do shoddy, sometimes unsafe work. Be sure to check both plumbing and electrical during inspection since this guy will be a ghost after that. Hold him accountable or you will be out thousands of dollars.
